The Committee of 100 is an organization made up of business professionals who work to establish strategies that benefit economic development, high-quality public education, and cooperative local government.
Some of their areas of focus are downtown development, retail growth, regional cooperation, and the young professional’s workforce plan.

Sparks says her interest in joining the organization stems from her many years as a business owner in this community. Sparks launched her company Ad4! Group in 2004 and has seen Huntsville and the surrounding area weather many economic ups and downs.
“I grew up not far from here in Marshall County but moved to Huntsville when I was very young. I have watched this community grow and evolve over the decades,” she explained, “and the growth I have seen over the past decade or so is incredibly exciting. I know that much of the success can be attributed, in part, to the work done by the Committee of 100.”
